TERMS OF USE

This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms of use. The Marriage Agency team may modify this Agreement from time to time. The registration and rights of admissions are reserved. The Marriage Agency is an agency that provides a bespoke service to help individuals find their relevant match. This service is for individuals seriously seeking to find a life partner and is not for casual dating.

  1. Acceptance of Terms of Use 

    In order to use our services you must register as a candidate via the online Applicant Information Form provided to you by your consultant. By registering with us, you consent to submitting your personal identifiable information, to collect, process and use the said information to provide the service.

    To withdraw this consent, you must notify a member of our staff that you wish to no longer use our services and you will be taken off our mailing list within 14 days of notice.

  2.  Eligibility

    To register and use our services you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of the UK.

    You further confirm that you, intent to seek a life partner and that you shall not use this service for casual dating. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at any time we are of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or have any reason to believe that you are not eligible or that you have made any misrepresentation, we reserve the right to forthwith terminate your right to use the service without any refund to you.

  3.  Security

    We will not be passing your information round unlawfully. By registering with us you give us permission to use your information to find you your spouse.

    At no occasion should the brides/grooms family exchange numbers.  All feedback and questions must be reported back to us to pass on.

  4. Terms and Termination

    This Agreement will be effective, valid and subsisting as long as you use our service.

    You may terminate your contract at any time, for any reason, by informing us verbally or in writing. In the event you terminate your contract, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing by us.

  5. Fees 

    On registration, there is a non-refundable one-off registration fee*.  Then, at point of formal family meetings a final £500 fee is payable.

    Total fees – £500 (excluding registration fee) on successful completion.

  6. Other Terms of Use for Members

    You hereby confirm that as on date of the registration, you do not have any objection to receive emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages and calls from members of our team as long as you are a registered member of The Marriage Agency.

    You confirm that the content, information including the personal information provided by you is correct and accurate.

    You are strongly advised to provide a copy of your Driving License, Passport or any other Government issued identity.

    We reserve the right to take appropriate steps to protect our members from any abuse, as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

    Contributions towards COVID-19

    During this time, we must follow the government guidelines in place to keep everyone safe. Therefore meetings may be delayed or through conference calls.

  7. Privacy

  8. Limitation on Liability

    In no event will The Marriage Agency be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Service, even if The Marriage Agency has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  9. Other

     By becoming a member of The Marriage Agency and using the Services, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read and understood the above provisions and agree to abide by them. If you are not agreeing to any of the above terms and conditions please refrain yourself from registering with us.
